The Commissary at Mound City

This event hall is in what once was the Mound City Commissary, a place where goods were traded. Now renovated, the Commissary provides a unique, one-of-a-kind backdrop for any event --weddings, birthdays, picnics, reunions, corporate outings, or other special occasions.  The store served as a juke joint in the 1989 Jerry Lee Lewis film biopic, “Great Balls of Fire.” Go to website for bookings.
