General Robert E. Lee Monument

The General Robert E. Lee Monument, erected by the D. G. Govan Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy in honor of Lee County’s Confederate soldiers, was unveiled on Dec. 8, 1910. Listed in the National Historic Register.
