Birdeye Farms

This low-till, bio-intensive, organic farm is operated by a fifth-generation member of the pioneering Smith family of Cross County. Established in 2018, Birdeye Farms grows a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, herbs and animals with consumers in mind.  The farm uses cutting-edge farming techniques and is committed to sustainable farming and the idea that good food has the power to transform people, places and communities. The farm supplies several area restaurants, and produce can be found at the Judd Hill Farmers' Market on the Arkansas State University campus. Tours of the farm can be arranged.
