Home of Jonesboro's Famous Thin Crust Pizza. Uses high-protein flour and pure olive oil to make their thin-only crust. Makes fresh sauce daily and their own in-house dressing.  Upper Crust Pizza Co. uses the "old school" stone-hearth brick oven's, so pizzas take about 15 to 20 minutes to cook. Fresh salads, specialty pizzas and traditional pizzas. Open 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday; 5 to 10 p.m. Friday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday; 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday; closed Monday.
