Restaurant is inspired by the owners' desires to be true to their roots--his in Bay, Arkansas; hers in Ecuador. Roots uses local and seasonal ingredients from both countries, with a focus on empowering local farmers and sustainable cuisine. Ecuadorian products are used along with local ingredients to offer a blend of the two cuisines. Open Monday through Wednesday from 4 to 11 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to midnight.
